I wanted to personally thank Northern Heat and Air for finding time on your busy schedule to service our furnace, which was not firing on this cold Fall morning.
Your customer service/phone receptionist was efficient and helpful, and James was promptly here at the appointed time.
He found the problem quickly and efficiently and explained what he did.  I appreciated his honesty and attitude.
You have a new customer in Butler Tarkington!

Since you sometimes don't realize your furnace or a/c is broken till after you get home we have extended our regular price service hours from
Mon. to Fri. 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
Sat. 8:00 am to 1:00 pm

Just as always you can call a talented professional 24 hours a day
You are already in a bad mood cause your system is not working why pay more as well.
