My name is Oliver Giorgio I am the current COO of Northern Heating and Cooling. I joined this company for one single reason: Karl’s complete and unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction. This is something that I hold dear as well, and one of the reasons I felt in necessary to open all forms of communication with our customers.

Knowing my aged A/C and furnace were needing to replaced, I had Oliver and Karl come to give me an estimate (one of three). I was impressed that they gave me a list of equiptment options for me to select from instead of trying to just sell me what THEY wanted to sell. The prices were reasonable and fair and Oliver and Karl are two guys you instantly trust and have confidence about. When my A/C gave out, I called to schedule and they arrived the next day to install. Installation tech's, Fletcher and Brandon were professional and a pleasure to have in my home. Unfortunately for them, it was an incredibly hot, humid day, but they went about their work with no complaints. The follow up has been thoughtful and excellent and I will recommend them highly.
